Common Questions
-

-
Yes. There's no cost to create a profile, name the causes you support, and appear on the platform and in the nonprofits you give to.
-
When you give, we confirm it, either with the nonprofit that received the gift or with the client your gift honored. Once your giving is confirmed, your profile carries the Verified designation.
-
Onward exists to make generosity visible, and to make it trustworthy. A Verified profile means that giving has been confirmed, not just stated. When someone searches the directory, we show confirmed giving first, so the people they find first are the ones whose generosity they can count on.
